Evaluator for the award winning Roots and Branches Project which aimed to accelerate the museum sector’s ability to respond to the climate crisis (2021 – 24).
I led the development of a project-wide Evaluation Framework (including creation of multiple methodologies such as surveys, questionnaires and interviews), collected and analysed quantitative & qualitative data from the project which engaged 1000+ people, including multiple datasets for all 9 Museum Development regions.
I wrote 3 Evaluation Reports throughout the project and presented the Final Report at a project Celebration Event to stakeholders including Arts Council.
I am currently supporting the evaluation for their 2024 – 2026 programme.
